Previously, Eloy supported the recruitment function for organizations of various sizes, including start-ups, regional firms, nationwide companies, and global enterprises. He earned his BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston and his MBA in HR Management from UH Downtown. When not at work, he's spending time with his wife, Jacqueline, and their dog, Billie.
